Initial Survey Results

Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our recent Security Services survey. We received an excellent response, with over 60% of our community participating.

We’re pleased to share that the feedback was overwhelmingly positive:

• Average satisfaction score was 4.56 out of 5
• 93% of respondents rated their satisfaction as 4 or 5 out of 5
• 94% said they would be likely to recommend the service to friends, neighbours, or family.
• Among those who have used features such as Meet & Greet, Alarm Response, or Security Assessments, feedback was consistently strong — with an average satisfaction level of nearly 88%.

As with any feedback exercise, some comments highlighted opportunities for improvement. A few respondents noted they were unaware of certain services or unsure how to access them. We will be reaching out individually to those who raised these points to ensure everyone is fully informed. We also sincerely appreciate the constructive feedback shared, and where appropriate, we will continue these conversations on a one-to-one basis.

Your input is invaluable as we continue to improve and evolve the service for the benefit of the entire community. We also intend to hold a public meeting for all subscribers later this year, potentially coinciding with the first anniversary of the service.
